- Her feet always hurt and she takes off her shoes under the desk. Get her one of those foot massagers with wooden rollers she can tuck under the desk and use on the quiet.
- He is trying to lose weight and is worried about getting enough excercise. Get him one of those belt step counters, with a note saying that you know he is probably getting more motion in than he thought, so here is a way to inspire himself every step of the way to his ideal weight.
- Her plants always die. Club with the rest of the office to hire a plant care company to do her cactus for a year.
- He had dreams of a pro basketball career. Get him a wastebasket with a basketball net hung above it - he aims, he throws, he scores!!
Pay attention and you will find something that they will really appreciate, that is personal without being rude, and quietly makes you indespensible because you listen.
