Dear Boston Officials:
Do you remember ever hearing about Orson Welles' Broadcast of War of the Worlds on a "Halloween Special" radio broadcast on October 30, 1938.!!!

It seems like Boston was giving a psychological
evaluation (a rorschach test) by somebody holding up an illuminated image that looked like Square Bob, Sponge Pants and Boston runs for cover!
This special event has revealed the psychological underpinnings of the American citizen. Instead of 'restitution' you should be thankful for this stunt because it revealed to you the contents of the minds of the people.
